Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, processing times may be longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
- We offer standard shipping and, where available, express shipping options at checkout.
- United States: 7–9 business days
- Other international destinations: 7–20 business days
- Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
- Please note: These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times. Actual delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or events outside our control.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping is available on all orders — no hidden fees, no surprises.
- All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
- We work with a network of reliable courier partners depending on your location to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Please note: delivery to PO Boxes or remote addresses may take longer than standard delivery estimates.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your shipping method).
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some destinations may be excluded due to carrier limitations or import restrictions.
- If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Risk of Loss & Title
- Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
- Aurell is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier or customs.
Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Returns & Exchanges
- Our Shipping Policy should be read in conjunction with our Refund Policy.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
